Mark Earnden the owner and founder of Platinum Chefs is originally from Cheshire but has recently moved to the North East. This inspiring man has been the head chef for many restaurants around the world, and he now aims to share his enthusiasm for food with the North East. Increasing numbers of people in the region now eat at home. This can be attributed to restricted menus, high alcohol prices and limited child-friendly restaurants. Mark says: ”I don’t know of any restaurant that will let you write the menu, and ensure there is no closing time or another party waiting for your table.”
Platinum Chefs allows each customer to control their fine dining experience. Full consultation is undertaken in advance of the event, where a bespoke menu is decided upon. Mark prepares every meal in the clients own kitchen and fully-trained waiting staff ensure that guests are cared for.
